We now have the Apollo MCP node available in Gumloop. That means you can describe what you want in plain English—like “Find marketing leaders at B2B SaaS companies in New York”—and Gumloop will build the entire workflow around it, using Apollo to fetch enriched contact data as part of the flow.

What it does: Enriches every new form submission, scores the lead based on ICP fit, and routes it to the right team with context.

‍How it works: When someone fills out your website form, Gumloop pulls additional details via Apollo—like company size, industry, role, and location. It then scores the lead out of 10, categorizes them by ICP fit, and sends a Slack message with a full summary. If the score is high enough, it also generates a draft outreach email.

2. Meeting-Prep Briefing

What it does: Sends a personalized Slack briefing 30 minutes before key meetings with context on attendees and their companies.‍

How it works: Gumloop scans your calendar for upcoming meetings, enriches attendee info with Apollo, pulls company details and recent news, and formats everything into a clean, AI-written Slack message.‍

Use it for: Walking into every meeting prepared—without having to dig through LinkedIn, Crunchbase, or news tabs.

3. Startup Researcher

What it does: Generates and sends polished HTML reports with business research on any company—based on just a website URL.

How it works: Users submit a form with a company URL and select whether they want basic or in-depth analysis. Gumloop then runs tailored subflows: one for company overviews, and one for deep dives that include financials and competitor insights. The results are formatted into a clean, styled email and sent directly to the requester.

Use it for: Quickly producing professional-grade research reports without having to dig through multiple tools or sites.

4. Event Attendee Follow-Up

What it does: Scores and drafts personalized follow-up emails for every contact you met at an event—using just a Google Sheet.‍

How it works: Upload a lead list from any event. Gumloop enriches each contact using Apollo, scores them against your ICP criteria, and generates tailored email drafts. It appends both the score and draft to the original sheet so your team can review or send in bulk.‍

Use it for: Scaling post-event follow-ups while keeping them personalized and prioritized by fit.

5. Local Business Discovery

What it does: Finds top-rated local businesses based on your criteria and enriches them into a fully built prospecting sheet.

How it works: Submit a form with a location, business type (e.g. “yoga studios”), and how many results to pull. Gumloop searches Google Maps for matching businesses, filters by rating, then uses Apollo to enrich the results with company and contact data. The final output is a clean Google Sheet with everything you need for outreach.

Use it for: Quickly building local lead lists with full contact and company details—no manual scraping or tab-hopping.
